Treatment is needed and possible. What's missing is one place that delivers it whole.
Restart is a wellbeing centre for addiction recovery with the spirit of a therapeutic retreat, based in Alanya, Türkiye.

From one personal story to an integrated system.
Restart began with founder Saad Al-Mahmoud's own recovery — and an early realisation: treatment is needed and possible, but what is missing is one provider who delivers it holistically, through every stage, and for long enough. Each provider treats one dimension of a multi-dimensional problem, and people leave a purely physical or locked-door programme only to relapse.
In November 2019 the journey began with a message of awareness and hope through Arabic digital content. Next came referring cases to existing providers — and seeing weak results — then building the holistic program in-house, and finally moving to the in-person model in Alanya.
